Job Summary

GLS Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical / Forklift Operator to support both office and warehouse operations for a client in Elizabethtown, NC. This position combines administrative responsibilities with material handling duties and requires strong organizational skills and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data accurately in company systems.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers and visitors.
• File, scan, copy, and organize documents.
• Process paperwork, reports, and inventory records.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and office records.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Keep office and warehouse areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous clerical, administrative, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
