We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position begins as part-time, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do

·       Set up and load cups and lids into production equipment while inspecting materials for quality and defects.

·       Monitor product quality by performing weight checks and inspecting containers for proper fill, consistency, and seal integrity.

·       Maintain production records, lot tracking, waste logs, and quality documentation.

·       Support production operations by loading and unloading cases and assisting with material handling.

·       Palletize finished products and ensure stable, accurate stacking for storage and shipment.

·       Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe work environment.

·       Perform equipment breakdown, cleaning, and sanitation procedures after production runs.

·       Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals while minimizing downtime and product loss.

·       Cross-train in multiple production areas to support efficiency and continuous workflow.

What We're Looking For

·       Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with scheduled breaks provided.

·       Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

·       Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

·       Ability to communicate clearly and accurately document information.

·       Comfort working in a refrigerated, fast-paced manufacturing environment that may be noisy and occasionally wet.

·       Commitment to following all food safety and workplace safety procedures.

·       High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
