The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. This role supports participants in achieving optimal independence, safety, and quality of life through therapeutic interventions aligned with interdisciplinary care plans. The OT provides a combination of home-based safety assessments, skilled therapeutic interventions in the day center, and coordination of durable medical equipment (DME) and other supportive services to promote participant independence and quality of life.

What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current NBCOT registration
- Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain before employment)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Occupational Therapy experience
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)
- The ability to communicate professionally and compassionately in a variety of settings, including emotionally sensitive situations

Compensation & Financial Benefits
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive pay: $41.58-$46.00/hour, based on experience
