Our clinic is committed to providing individualized, one-on-one care with a whole-body approach to rehabilitation and wellness. · Utilize a whole-body, functional approach to assessment and treatment.

· Provide one-on-one patient care throughout each treatment session.

· Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.

· Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in accordance with clinic policies, state regulations, and payer requirements.

· Supervise and provide clinical direction to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Colorado practice standards.

· Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

· Foster a welcoming, encouraging, and professional environment for every patient.

Qualifications

· Current Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing (required).

· Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience required.

· Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

· Passion for individualized, patient-centered care.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience treating orthopedic and sports-related conditions.

· Experience treating patients with vestibular disorders, balance impairments, and neurological conditions is highly advantageous.

· Background or interest in manual therapy, movement analysis, functional rehabilitation, or performance-based care.

· Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.

What We Offer

· Competitive salary

· Paid time off and holidays

· Continuing education allowance

· Company 401K match

· Stipend towards healthcare

· Supportive team environment

· Opportunities for professional development and career growth

Our Philosophy

We believe every patient deserves individualized attention and care. Our therapists spend dedicated one-on-one time with each patient, focusing on the whole person rather than just the injured body part. We emphasize movement quality, functional performance, patient education, and long-term wellness to help our patients return to doing what they love.

If you’re a physical therapist who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical excellence, and a whole-body approach to rehabilitation, we’d love to hear from you.
