Dental Assistant

****Duties****

-Assist the dentist during dental procedures

-Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment

-Taking dental x-rays

-Educate patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative care

-Perform basic laboratory duties such as pouring and trimming models, fabricating temporary crowns, and taking impressions

-Maintain a clean and organized dental operatory

****Requirements****

-Dental assisting experience preferred

-Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments

-Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations

-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with patients of all ages.

-Ability to take accurate vital signs and record patient information.

-Understanding of dental anatomy and oral health conditions.
