Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Location: Salina, KS
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay: $29.00 - $43.00/ hr
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Position Overview

Join a collaborative Medical-Surgical team providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a regional medical center. Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• New Graduates Welcome
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for medical and surgical patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient progress while ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with nursing standards and hospital policies.
