CDL Class A OTR Driver

Location: Apopka, FL (Nationwide Routes)

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Efficiency Brand LLC is seeking professional, safety-focused CDL Class A drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes throughout the continental United States while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Our freight consists primarily of dry van, drop-and-hook loads, allowing drivers to maximize miles and minimize downtime.

Compensation & Schedule

• Solo Drivers: $0.70 CPM (loaded and empty miles) or 30% of Gross ($7K - $12K gross/week)
• Team Drivers: $0.85 - $0.90 CPM
• OTR Schedule: 4 Weeks Out / 1 Week Home
• 4,000+ Miles Per Week (Solo)
• 7,000+ Miles Per Week (Teams)
• Weekly Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Transport freight efficiently and on time.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and fleet management.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Secure and protect freight during transport.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License.
• Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience.
• Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background requirements.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to travel OTR for extended periods.
