Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Internal Medicine
Peterborough, NH | Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) | No On-Call
Join our Internal Medicine team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with providers and educate patients.
- Support LPNs and Medical Assistants.
Requirements:
- Active NH or Compact RN License.
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required.
- Prior nursing experience required (new grads not eligible).
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
