Core Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, pack, stage, and ship inventory using RF scanners and a WMS
  • Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates for accuracy and traceability
  • Perform quality checks to ensure shipments meet labeling and compliance standards
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts
  • Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas
  • Support cycle counts, audits, and process improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with Inventory Control and Quality teams
  • Assist in other warehouse or distribution functions as needed

Compliance and Environment

  • Work in a regulated pharmaceutical or medical device distribution environment
  • Follow FDA, DEA, DSCSA, and cGMP requirements
  • Handle temperature-sensitive and controlled products properly
  • Follow company safety, health, and environmental policies

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS
  • Experience using RF scanning technology
  • Strong attention to detail in high-volume operations
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
  • Material Handling Equipment certification preferred

Education and Physical Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Comfort working on feet in a warehouse setting with frequent movement and interruptions
