Location: Indianapolis, Indiana 46226
Shift Details: 11am - 7pm; Monday - Saturday
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.50

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, drivers, and business partners, ensuring shipments move smoothly and issues are resolved quickly. You'll manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable freight solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a dynamic logistics environment with opportunities for career growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center, answering and responding to customers, resolving problems and issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Experience in a call center environment
