Schedule
- Day Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend per month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy with occasional acute care coverage.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), aides, and students.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) (Required)
- NBCOT Certification (Required)
- BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire – Highly Preferred)
- 1+ year of experience preferred (New graduates are welcome to apply)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- AOTA Membership preferred
