Job Description
As a Facilities Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining all process and facilities-related equipment, including electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. You will assist in monthly maintenance tasks, manage office and administrative maintenance requests, and ensure all equipment is operational by collaborating with managers, engineers, and departmental supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly maintenance for production and facilities equipment.
- Perform repairs on drywall, plumbing, installs/repairs, painting, etc.
- Collaborate with managers, engineers, and departmental supervisors to ensure equipment maintenance.
- Perform eletrical repaisr and perform tasks involving electrical wiring and use of a multimeter.
- Handle equipment such as coils, motors, and pumps.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of facility/electrician experience.
- Experience with drywall, plumbing, installs/repairs.
- Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems.
- Competency with preventive maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work with motors, pumps, and pneumatic equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with wiring installs/repairs and installing outlets/fixtures.
- Familiarity with painting and drywall.
