Desired Qualifications:
- Valid CDE Special Education (SPED) licensure required
- Recent experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Familiarity with mild to moderate caseloads at the elementary level
- Flexible, adaptable, and reliable with strong communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instructional services to students with special needs (mild/moderate caseload)
- Collaborate with general education staff, administrators, and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
- Develop, implement, and track IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture through active participation in meetings and ongoing professional development
