Desired Qualifications:

• Valid CDE Special Education (SPED) licensure required
• Recent experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with mild to moderate caseloads at the elementary level
• Flexible, adaptable, and reliable with strong communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instructional services to students with special needs (mild/moderate caseload)
• Collaborate with general education staff, administrators, and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
• Develop, implement, and track IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture through active participation in meetings and ongoing professional development
