Job Description
This role involves operating specialized cleaning and production equipment in a controlled environment, performing detailed visual inspections of products, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure all work meets established procedures and quality standards. You will contribute directly to consistent, high-quality output by following standard operating procedures, upholding particle cleanliness standards, and supporting smooth production flow.
Responsibilities- Operate specialized cleaning equipment to maintain required particle and cleanliness standards in the production environment.
- Operate, load, and unload production equipment safely and efficiently while strictly adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality, often using microscopes or other magnification tools as needed.
- Carry out routine maintenance on production and cleaning equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of production and cleaning tasks, ensuring compliance with established protocols and documentation requirements.
- Support general production activities such as packing, unloading, and order picking as needed to meet production goals.
- Follow all safety guidelines and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors to report issues, suggest improvements, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Work overtime, weekends, and other shifts temporarily when required to support production schedules.
- Proven ability to operate production and cleaning equipment in a manufacturing or general production environment.
- Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments, or strong willingness to learn and follow cleanroom protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify defects or irregularities during visual inspections, including when using microscopes.
- Above-average math skills to accurately perform basic calculations related to production, counts, measurements, and documentation.
- Above-average communication skills to follow instructions, document work clearly, and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Average computer skills, including the ability to enter data, update records, and follow electronic documentation procedures.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts temporarily as business needs require.
- Capability to perform general labor tasks such as packing, unloading, and order picking as part of daily production activities.
- Previous experience in general production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
- Background in cleanroom operations or handling products that require strict cleanliness and contamination control.
- Experience with packing, order picking, and material handling in a production setting.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance-focused work environments.
- Comfort using microscopes or magnification tools for detailed visual inspection.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support different production tasks as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
