Job Description
This role focuses on safely and efficiently handling materials to support the assembly team by transporting parts, tracking inventory, and using computer systems to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities- Deliver parts from the warehouse to the assembly team in a timely and accurate manner.
- Transport materials throughout the facility using carts rather than forklifts.
- Use pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment to move and stage materials as needed.
- Perform order picking and loading tasks to support shipping and production operations.
- Track inventory accurately using the company’s computer system and inventory tracking tools.
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate counts of materials on hand.
- Assist with general labor tasks related to material handling and warehouse operations.
- Support shipping activities by preparing materials and ensuring correct items are staged for shipment.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely and consistently throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Proven experience in material handling or a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Experience with inventory tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Basic computer experience to operate inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with order picking and loading in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to use pallet jacks and carts to move materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling and recording inventory.
- Reliability and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Previous experience in general labor or shipping roles.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support different areas of the warehouse as needed.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates on a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You may be asked to stay late during the week and occasionally work up to 4 hours on a Saturday, with no work on Sundays, and can typically expect 5 to 10 hours of overtime per week. The facility is clean and equipped with fans, but it is not fully climate controlled, so temperatures may vary with the seasons. You will work in a warehouse and production environment that uses carts, pallet jacks, and computer systems, and you should be prepared for regular physical activity, including walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout your shift. Dress comfortably and safely for a warehouse setting, with appropriate work attire and footwear suitable for material handling and industrial work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
