Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking to hire a full time nanny in Sevierville for our 1-year-old daughter. Average of 3-4 days a week, but they will be longer days so it will equal out to 40 hours/week normally. Specific schedule/days will vary but will never include weekends. My husband and I are in the medical field so there will need to be flexibility. We also have a mini golden doodle so will need to be comfortable around pets. CPR/First aid and good driver. We are hoping this will be a long term position, and to find someone who will grow with us as our family grows.
