Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a wonderful babysitter/mothers helper who is very responsible and can become part of my girls lives. I have 3 girls. I need someone to come Wednesdays (these days will only be my younger 2) we homeschool and my eldest daughter goes to a co-op. AND Friday's all 3 girls while I run errands and have some solo time. So this is about 8-10hour weeks and occasionally a date night!
