Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have an elderly Border Collie who is blind. Its essential that a caretaker is here most of that time. He gets lost in the house and needs guidance getting back in after potty breaks. Hes used to me here all the time. A couple hours out would be okay, but again someone here is essential.
