Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Lexington, Nebraska.

Facility Work Week: SUN-SAT 

\n

Scrubs: Navy (preferred) or any color as long as it's SOLID 

\n

Required Certs: BLS (AHA/ARC) 

\n

Preferred Certs: ACLS (AHA/ARC), PALS (AHA/ARC or ENPC), TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, and SANE. 

\n

ORIENTATION WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE ON TUESDAYS.

\n

Charting: Cerner.

\n

Floating Requirements: None 

\n

Facility Provided Housing: Yes ($30/per shift worked - monthly charge paid by cash/check to Lexington Regional - tenant and rental agreement will be signed by traveler and Lexington Regional)

\n

Local Travelers (less than 50 miles from the facility): Yes, but will result in a $10 bill rate reduction.

\n

 ALL CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE PRIOR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE.
