What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage
• Match caregivers with client needs and availability
• Communicate schedule updates with clients and caregivers
• Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and office documentation
• Work closely with the office team to provide excellent service

What We're Looking For

• Staffing, scheduling, or office experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
