Job Description

CAD Designer

Location: Darien, WI
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday
Pay: $25.00–$35.00/hr DOE

We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer for a manufacturing company in Darien, WI. This position is responsible for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings and 3D models to support production and engineering projects.

Must Have:

SolidWorks experience (required)
Previous CAD Design experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks
Develop detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings
Interpret specifications, sketches, and engineering requirements
Collaborate with engineering and production teams
Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records
Support design changes and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred:

Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience
Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
