Our PTA will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans, and interventions

• Provide physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercise therapy, education, and training

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in staff meetings and educational in-services to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives
