Clinician, Independent Licensed

Summary

The Independent Licensed Clinician is a professional who performs assessments, diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Primary duties include providing brief, time-limited, and solution focused therapy to clients discharging from an inpatient, crisis, or detoxification facility. The Independent Licensed Clinician may facilitate face to face, group, or individual counseling in the residential facility. Additional follow up may be completed face to face or via telehealth.

Requirements

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a behavioral health related field. At time of hire, must be independently licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
