Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our residents

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and potential barriers to care

• Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive, physical, and sensory-based interventions

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and meetings to ensure comprehensive care delivery

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
