Scope of the RoleAs Loan Documentation Administrator, you will lead QNB’s loan documentation function to support accurate, compliant, and timely loan closings and portfolio maintenance. This senior, onsite role safeguards documentation quality, strengthens controls, and ensures reporting integrity.Key responsibilities include supervising documentation preparation and deadlines; validating internally/externally prepared and attorney-drafted documents; confirming approvals, appraisals/environmentals, and policy adherence; managing pending exceptions and workload distribution; completing final post-settlement reviews; assigning core-system loan codes; preparing and processing modification documentation and core changes; coordinating with lenders, Loan Services, attorneys, and title companies; overseeing CRA/HMDA/Small Business data collection inputs; monitoring flood insurance at origination; owning related vendors/software; producing management reports; and serving as liaison to auditors/examiners.Required:- 5+ years in loan documentation practices and relevant law- Working knowledge of banking compliance regulations- Strong organization, multitasking, and stakeholder communication- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelApply to bring precision and accountability to QNB’s lending operations.Benefits at a GlanceMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA); Flexible Spending Account (FSA); Competitive Salary; and Paid Time Off.Inside a Typical DayYour morning starts by scanning the pipeline and exception log, then prioritizing items that could impact settlement timing. You’ll check in with lenders and Loan Services to align on documentation status, then connect with attorneys or title companies to resolve open questions and confirm final versions. Throughout the day, you’ll review imaging completeness, reconcile core-system coding details for clean reporting, and spot trends that warrant process adjustments. You’ll also carve out time to validate data collection and reporting inputs, review software/vendor updates, and respond to examiner or audit follow-ups with clear, well-supported documentation. By day’s end, you’ve cleared critical blockers, kept stakeholders informed, and left the queue organized for the next cycle.
