About the Role:

As the DOR Director of Rehabilitation for Home Care Agency, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients in their homes

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client

• Collaborating with clients, families, and physicians to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our rehabilitation services to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

DOR Director of Rehabilitation Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting in the same or similar role

• Physical Therapist license preferred, Occupational Therapist or SLP will be considered

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
