ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and work instructions.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Fit, align, tack, and weld metal parts to required specifications.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as needed.
Measure materials using tape measures, squares, and other precision tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
Assist with other fabrication and production duties as assigned.
