Our Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team!

Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the master schedule for all nursing staff.
• Accurately report labor hours daily.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of staffing coordinator experience in a nursing home setting is required.
• Strong understanding of scheduling systems and staffing regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
