As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a dynamic and compassionate environment. King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation is a leader in post-acute care, and we are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and connection

• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Participate in resident care conferences and discharge planning

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in healthcare or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
