Pastry Sous Chef - Upscale High Volume

An established full-service scratch catering company in the NW suburbs is searching for a Pastry Sous Chef. A background in scratch pastry with a strong ability to decorate and create as well as R&D opportunities. Leadership is key as the role will be responsible for a team of 6-7 employees and a strong opportunity for advancement. Primarily days and done by 3p with some nights and weekends. Excellent ownership and leadership team, paid benefits, vacation, and 401k with a match. The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
