LPN Staffing Coordinator

Staffing Coordinator Summary: This position is to ensure appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents. Prefer for position to be filled by a Certified Medication Aid.

Staff Coordinator Essential Functions: • Good working relationship with all clinical staff to ensure the staffing of facility

• Able to recruit, interview, and hire staff effectively

• Able to work with and communicate effectively with DON and Administrator

• Creates daily, weekly, and monthy schedules as approved by Admin/DON 

• Other duties as assigned.
