Forklift Driver / Material Handler
Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Forklift Driver / Material Handler to join our team in a Denton, TX.
We are looking for a safety-focused individual with forklift experience who can efficiently move materials, support production operations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to excellent attendance and reliability.
Pay Rate:
$20.00/HR
Shift/Hours:
Monday - Friday
7AM - 3:30PM

Requirements:
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate material placement
- Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility
- Transport materials to warehouse and production areas
- Assist production and fabrication teams with material movement as needed
- Perform inventory transactions using scanners or manual logs
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet production and shipping goals
