Location: Whitewater, WI
Pay: $55,000–$70,000/year DOE

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Whitewater. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and improving products and processes while working closely with production and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify engineering drawings and designs
- Develop product specifications and technical documentation
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to improve processes
- Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and product development
- Ensure designs meet quality and customer requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
