Primary activities would be lunch, give med, physical exercises, take to bathroom via lift, personal care, do art projects, read, etc About the care needs: Low-key, calm, patient etc as her client works through adjustments. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
