Nanny Needed For My Children

Im looking for a someone who genuinely cares for kids Ive never done this before so Im trusting the person that chooses to help with my children. There is no specific care but my 2 years is being potty trained and I would like for him to continue to do so with the nanny. They get home from school around 4 p.m. I usually let them play and watch television while I make dinner their last meal is at 7 p.m. after they get in a bath is go to bed. Their bed time is 8 p.m. My daughter likes bed time music and my son usually goes to sleep without the tv on. They enjoy playing together rather its with toys, drawing/coloring or going to the park.
