Wire Operations Specialist – Mayfield Village, OH

Mars Electric is hiring a Wire Operations Specialist for our Distribution Center. This is a skilled, production-focused role supporting large commercial and industrial projects across Northeast Ohio.

Schedule (NO WEEKENDS)

Monday–Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM

What You'll Do

Interpret work orders (wire type, gauge, reel size)
Operate and troubleshoot wire cutting equipment
Measure and cut wire to exact specifications
Maintain 99%+ order accuracy
Label, stage, and organize completed orders
Monitor inventory and support continuous improvement
Operate forklift equipment safely

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred
Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills

Preferred: Experience with automated equipment, wire products, or ERP systems

Candidates are subject to a post-offer drug screen (includes Marijuana) and background screening including criminal and reference checks.
