Family Support Partner (plus NEW studio apartment, utilities included)

We are looking for someone who can become a trusted, steady presence in our family rhythm helping with our childrens' schooling and daily structure, contributing to household life, and sometimes supporting Laura (mom), who is disabled. The role includes a new private studio apartment on our property, making it a good fit for someone who wants purposeful part-time work (80-100 hours/month), lower living costs, and independent living in a beautiful, quiet mountain setting, right on the river. We live in Garden Valley, Idaho, a rural and small mountain community about an hour from Boise, with easy access to rivers, hiking, biking, hot springs, quiet, and open space. (Note: we have cats)
