Sparkle Car Wash is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Assistant Manager for our Macomb, IL location. We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable leader who is ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as second-in-command to the Site Manager; oversee the site when they’re off-site.
Assist with bank deposits, cash handling, and daily reports.
Participate in training and onboarding of new hires.
Maintain operational consistency and high standards.
Manage opening and closing duties.
Earn commission on personally sold club plans.

Compensation & Benefits:

$17.50–$18.50 per hour.
Club plan commissions (available to all employees — management and non-management).
Clear growth path to Site Manager.
