Supply Coordinator (Tool Crib Attendant)

Job Requirements: 

Adventurer Manufacturing is looking for someone who is passionate about work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.  A successful Supply Coordinator will have strong attention to detail, be organized, self-motivated and well-versed in the required job functions.

• Candidate must display excellent initiative and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual Required.
• Must have strong work ethic along with computer application skills.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and/or experience with parts and manufacturing supplies.
• Must be resourceful.
• Have good organizational skills for parts research and inventory control.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Works well under pressure.
• Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with co-workers and customers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Essential Job Functions:

• Purchase and maintain the min/max tool crib supply levels at our main production site as well as our offsite support center.          
• Send out / repair power tools
• Distribute supplies for production employees
• Manage smaller vendor accounts
• Assist material handling team in physical product receiving as needed
• Assist in sourcing supplies or equipment needed to keep the plant running efficiently while striving to lower costs.
• Drive to and from local stores as need for supplies, material or other company needs.
