What You'll Do

As the Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community while leading your team to achieve occupancy, financial, and resident satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all daily operations of the apartment community
• Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
• Increase occupancy through leasing, renewals, and resident retention
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Review financial reports and improve property NOI
• Monitor delinquency and oversee collections
• Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resident experiences
• Track KPIs and implement strategies to achieve community goals
• Partner with Regional Management to maximize property performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience required
• Apartment industry experience required
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Experience leading onsite apartment teams
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident retention, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
