Jensen Marina is seeking an experienced Dockmaster to oversee the daily operations of our marina. If you have a passion for boating, exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working in a waterfront environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marina and dock operations.
• Assign slips and coordinate vessel arrivals and departures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to boaters and guests.
• Maintain a safe, clean marina.
• Assist with reservations, inspections, and marina security.
• Ensure compliance with marina rules and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous marina, boating, or marine industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of boating and docking procedures.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
