Experience should include management of in-process and final inspection of components using visual and dimensional inspections to controlled procedures. Mentoring of team members on quality methods, internal auditing, root cause, corrective actions, and documenting non-conformances for ASME, AS9100D and ISO 9000 certified machining processes. Knowledge of commercial nuclear and aerospace industries and destructive and non-destructive testing.
