Recruiting Assistant

Are you energized by a fast-paced environment where every day brings new hiring challenges? We're looking for a motivated Recruiter to help fill high-volume temporary and temp-to-hire positions across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations throughout Ohio.

Do you enjoy talking with people, solving hiring challenges, and moving quickly. You stay organized under pressure, build strong talent pipelines, and take pride in helping candidates find work while helping clients keep their operations fully staffed. We are willing to TRAIN for those with phone, computer and customer service experience.

What You'll Do

• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, production, forklift, assembly, and general labor positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, and employment documentation.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet daily and weekly hiring goals.
• Track recruiting activity using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through placement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales
• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Phone and computer experience
