About the Role:
Ritechoice Family Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic patient care and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
