Safety Coordinator-ISEC

Safety Coordinator-Must hold CHST or STSC Certification along with OSHA30.Will oversee all safety operations on a large-scale active stadium construction project. This role is responsible for implementing, enforcing, and continuously improving site safety programs to ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and company policies while maintaining a productive work environment.

This is a Contract Based Position

Position Requires: STSC or CHST Certification and OSHA30

Lead and enforce site-wide safety program for all trades on an active construction site

Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local/state requirements, and company policies

Manage and document all incident investigations, near-misses, and corrective actions

Coordinate and deliver toolbox talks, safety orientations, and ongoing training

Work directly with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to enforce safety standards

Monitor high-risk activities (fall protection, crane operations, confined space, electrical, etc.)

Maintain all required safety documentation, logs, and reports

Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters on site

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans (SSSP) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)

Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce accountability across all crews

Pay DOE: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
