Customer Service Representative

Check N Title Loans is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Loan Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, sales, underwriting, and collections.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking financial solutions, while also managing account follow-ups and protecting company assets.

This is position ideal for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing money.

Training is provided, strong work ethic and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications and explain loan products clearly
• Review documentation and enter customer information accurately
• Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding approvals, payments, and follow-ups
• Collect past-due accounts professionally and effectively
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain detailed customer records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining company profitability standards
• Work toward monthly performance and bonus goals

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable discussing payments and collecting past-due accounts
• Sales or collections experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
