AR/Billing

firstPRO 360 is assisting our client in the Cumming, GA area with an AR/Billing search. This position will assist with Accounts Receivable, Contract Billing, and Month-End Close. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be detailed oriented with a great customer service focus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, code, and process customer invoices
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
• Perform data entry associated with accounts receivable and contract billing
• Perform monthly Contract Billing
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Assist in Month-End Close
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports

Qualification requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
• 1 – 3 years of previous accounts receivable experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounts and spreadsheet programs.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving, and Decision-making skills
