Engineering Technical Recruiter - Technical Staffing

We specialize in the recruiting and placement of Engineers, Designers, Drafters, Technicians, IT, Construction & Consulting personnel at every level and discipline.

We are currently seeking an Engineering Technical Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience.

Any experience in the Technical staffing industry is highly valued; preferably with knowledge in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility and Gas industries. Applicants should have: good verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong knowledge of desktop applications, and be self-motivated.

Required:

Must be able to submit at least 10 fully vetted candidates per week.
Must be able to contact at least 300 candidates per week
Must be able to fill at least 30 positions per year.

Responsibilities will include identifying, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for technical positions. Training will be provided. The position comes with a base salary + commission + Benefits.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred!
