Maintenance Technician

Job Description

· Keep equipment running strong — Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems to support safe, productive operations.

· Work with a variety of industrial machinery — Pumps, motors, conveyors, elevators, palletizing equipment, compressors, grinders, and more.

· Support hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems — Including electrical work up to 480V AC.

· Solve problems on the spot — Use sound judgment to identify issues and make corrections quickly.

· Contribute to a strong team culture — Work independently while supporting a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

· Self-motivated learners who take ownership of their work and continuously build their skills

· Flexible, reliable technicians who can handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions

· Physically capable individuals able to lift 100 lbs and work in extreme temperatures

· People who value safety and make smart decisions in potentially hazardous situations
