Temp-Perm
Shift/Hours: 1st shift Monday – Thursday - 5:30am - 4:00pm
Mandatory OT on Fridays occasionally
This position operates in a temperature- and humidity-controlled FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves repair, assembly, and quality compliance activities related to medical devices.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
Ability to identify small electronic components using markings
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under production pressure
Read and follow written work instructions without deviation
Assemble/disassemble medical devices using small hand tools
Perform tasks with minimal supervision
Basic computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets
Basic math skills and accurate data transcription
Proficient in reading and writing English
Ability to visually inspect parts and identify foreign matter per FDA CGMP standards
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred experience in mechanical or electrical repair within a manufacturing environment
